On monday january 1-6-2020 uadc, I went to CHPG CENTURA HEALTH neuroscience and spine dr Zachary Wilson for dystonia diagnosis. I was sent to a neuropathy osteopath not a dystonia specialist. More blood test money scams for the wrong specialist to scam more money. I have video of the doctor refusing to be on video. The doctor refused to fill out my med 9 form for disability.  I was given no information for the my CENTURA HEALTH app, that my lifeline access wireless phone won't be able to use.
Dr Zachary Wilson said the primary care doctor will have to fill out the disability form.
CHPG had the wrong phone # on the lab paperwork. I  called and tried to have that updated yesterday.
Dr Zachary Wilson requested the information about my aunt Judy as my dystonia is genetic.
I can't access any old e-mails from gooGHOUL gmail. I had an e-mail from Judy telling me about her dystonia types, that I can't access now. This includes all e-mails to government agencies, including England/UK ,UN, commonwealth, Canada, etc, documenting the crimes.
This is genetic discrimination directly being documented in progress. Pictures and sceenhots are facts and evidence.
This is to document how far and how much money Americans will spend to deny me disability and prevent me from DVR work and make me starve in the streets homeless so armies of corrupt police can keep trying to put me in prisons for profits.
Genetic discrimination enforced with lethal police force to this day. By to many government agencies to list. Googhoul is directly participating in these crimes to this day.

For being born with a genetic disorder dystonia, the government relentlessly pays medical corporations and doctor's to lie and scam me out of being able to get the med 9 form for disability. The lifeline services get to scam as much money as possible to make sure I can't access the medical corporations apps to have access to my medical information. Corporations have  complete military lethal police government mandated control of my medical information and access to healthcare. While for my security I can't video document the crimes or have access to my medical information .
